THIS WEEKS RECIPE: How to make Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream Ingredients Servings: 6-8 2 Cups Heavy Cream (5dl) 14oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g) 2 Teaspoons Vanilla 7oz. Fresh Raspberries (200g) 2 Tablespoons Sugar Directions 1. In a bowl add the raspberries and sugar and puree the berries using mixer or small food processor, set aside 2. In a large bowl add ice cold heavy Cream and the vanilla 3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form then add the sweetened condensed milk 4. Carefully combine the condensed milk with the cream, set aside 5. Take a non-glass freezer proof container and pour in about 25% of the ice cream mixture 6. Dollop spoonful of raspberry puree on the ice cream layer and then add another layer of cream and continue until all the ice cream mixture is spent 7. Finish with dollops of raspberry, take the dull side of a knife and swirl around in the ice cream to create an ice cream/raspberry swirl 8.
