Charges vis USB-C port in 2 hours, has a 3h10m runtime at the brightest setting (or you can use it tethered for unlimited runtime). It has 3 color temperatures (natural, cool, warm) and variable brightness settings. It took 15 watt hours (4 Amp Hours at 3.7 volts) to re-charge from fully drained, so I believe the 3,500 mAh battery specification. Plenty bright to trace a magazine page through 20lb copy paper, although there is a risk it may not get dim enough for you if you are using onion paper. Plastic construction, and relatively thick to accommodate the battery but very steady on a flat surface. The light is nicely diffuse and even across the full surface.
