Raspberries are one of my all time favorite fruits. When paired with chocolate, I truly wonder how on earth women want strawberries instead. I figured there had to be a way to combine these two flavors in an amazing cookie, and I think I have finally done it. These raspberry white chocolate cookies are so moist and packed with flavor! The orange zest helps to bring out the raspberry flavor and the chocolate adds a component of sweetness to the cookie. I am sure this will be your new favorite cookie.
