The iconic Outback town of Birdsville is at the end of a long dusty highway where your journey ends and begins. 'Outback and Beyond....the edge of the Simpson Desert and the home of BIG RED. Tourists flock to Birdsville through the winter but for the few that call this place home there is special meaning to the land, and the locals are proud to share it's treasures with the world. 'Outback and Beyond' was co-written with the locals in the beer garden of the hotel as tourists watched on and features children from the State School and outlying Stations.
