P&O Britannia - Day 2 - Peninsular, Spa & Epicurean

Well hello there! Join us as we begin day two on board Britannia - a P&O Cruises ship, setting sail from Southampton as we journey to Glasgow on a 2021 staycation cruise! BRITANNIA: https://www.georgeanddan.com/pobritannia We woke up fairly early so decided to grab a bite to eat for breakfast at the Peninsular Restaurant which we both thoroughly enjoyed. Back in our cabin we have a little chat to the camera before we spotted a dolphin from the balcony! Although we tried to film the dolphins, it was pretty challenging and didn’t manage to get much footage (sadly) We had booked the celebration package prior to boarding the ship to enjoy our time onboard even more! Included were two vouchers for a treatment at the Spa; so, we both booked in for facials at the Elemis Spa on board. The treatment was so relaxing, and almost didn’t want it to end, we were both nearly asleep by the end of the treatment and felt so much better for it. Although we weren’t going to take part in the celebration night due to creased clothing, after playing with our decreasing spray we brought with us, we thought “Why Not?!”, got dressed up and enjoyed a cocktail at The Crows Nest. If you want a nice, quiet, romantic bar to chill in, The Crows Nest is for you! We then used our ‘celebration package’ voucher to visit The Epicurean restaurant (an additional charge) - the meal in there was amazing and so tasty, although the service was quite slow and took almost three hours in total.
