Created by amateur filmmaker Douglas Buck, Cutting Moments tells a story of domestic horror that is unburdened by any notion of taste, reputation or creative interference. The result is an unflinching portrait of a quiet suburban America, and the darkness that lurks under the banal and unassuming surface.
