This is the third video from my new album, Falling Through Time: Music from the 1300s. (The first video is here: https://bit.ly/3qolgTH.) It’s a collection of music from the 14th century, but with modern instruments and production. (Links below.) ] This piece is “The Harp of Melody” by Jacob de Senleches, a composer (probably French) who worked in Spain near the end of the 14th century. I arranged, performed, and recorded this. Mikael "Count" Eldridge mixed and mastered it. Falling Through Time: Music from the 1300s is now available online. In fact, that's the premise for the entire Falling Through Time project: placing ancient music in a modern context, and exploring what it reveals about music old and new.
