Episode 20. Ride through Thailand to the Border with Laos
The bikes are loaded onto the banana boat in Indonesia for shipment to Malaysia where we ride to the Thailand border then to the north of the country. We travel along the Mae Hong Song Loop road with its 1864 bends and spectacular scenery. The bikes are serviced and have new tyres fitted in Chiang Mai before we head south again to the border with Laos. We continue our motorcycle adventure from Sydney Australia to Wales. In the next episode we ride through Laos before starting our ride through China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgia. So far our BMW R1200 GS adventure and BMW R1250 GS adventure bikes have performed flawlessly and are perfect for our 2up pillion adventure.
