Drop the entire management of panicking about how things will be managed and how emotions and feelings need to be managed. You should just have a practice of silence everyday twice, first, at your happiest because you tend to meditate longer and then, when you are at peace. Not when you're angry or sad because you are already so occupied with the content of your mind, your energy levels are already down trying to fix things that seem out of place in your life. In that particular moment, it's very important for us to not go into the thought, but the energy instead. And shift this energy to the body.
