Grounding and Protection is particularly important for ANYONE who practices Guided meditation or spiritually. As your vibration increases you begin to shine a lot of light and LOVE. When you practice spiritually or guided meditation you open up your energy and glow and attract attention, it is therefore vital that you do grounding and protection for your etheric body to the earth to stop it from becoming detached or loose from your physical body and you must shield your energy to protect yourself from lower vibrational forces - which we all encounter and are exposed to throughout our day, from our environments, from other people and situations. I generally advise that you do this grounding & protection guided meditation twice a day, when you wake up and before you sleep. In addition to being safe and protected, you will notice that grounding and protecting yourself frequently relieves many unpleasant symptoms that you may not have necessarily attributed to a spiritual cause, these can include but are not limited to - Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, headaches, physical aches and pains. It also increases overall feelings of peace and wellbeing.
