I originally planned this video to be a lighthearted video diary of my short vacation in Warsaw, but… not everything went according to plan. Still, I’m sure that, in any case, I managed to capture the beauty of this city—the city that keeps healing me and lifting my spirits. You know, seeing that just across one border, life is peaceful… it’s something we need. A reminder that one day, this peace will return to Ukraine. I want to thank the Polish singer Sanah because it’s her music that always brings me back to this city. If you haven’t listened to her yet, I highly recommend it! This time, even after receiving some upsetting news, her songs helped me feel so much better—especially in this foggy Warsaw weather that makes the city look absolutely magical. By the way, another huge inspiration for my Warsaw trip was the movie Real Pain, which was recently in theaters and beautifully showcases both Warsaw and Lublin. It’s a great watch before visiting Poland’s capital! Anyway, what I really want to say is: thank you, dear Warsaw, for always inspiring me and filling me with new energy. I love coming back to you, and I truly hope it happens again soon.
