Inside a small cave, on the side of the cliff south of Vigil Keep Waypoint [&BJIBAAA=] I didn't see the item in the cave and had to relog before the chest appeared. 14:27 13. Find the piece of the mask in Castora. Underwater in Greenroot Grotto Skimmerway [&BL0PAAA=] in Riddled Cove, Shipwreck Strand.
