Without (By When) it’s just a hope. You can’t be CASUAL about your future. People treat their Health and Wealth casually! The Doctor says - CHANGE Your Habits or ELSE! Suddenly everything got Serious - Exercise - Eating better food etc The Difference was - URGENCY! - Don’t wait for the Dr - Don’t WAIT for the Approval of others because before you know it, it’s too late! We in the “Shining Stars” are NOT competing with ANY other company. Because our 10x “Pay It Forward” system is unique in our industry. Our Matrix has NO gaps! If you had a $100,000 P.A JOB, what are you expected to DO? - TWO WORDS ~ SHOW UP! They would hope you would “Respect” the Opportunity Every Day, or, they would REPLACE you! If you were the owner offering $100K what would you do if people didn’t SHOW UP? If you could earn $10,000 per month, Wouldn’t you show up? Then why don’t we SEE you on our Wednesday Training and Thursday Updates? Many don’t see our Updates because they’re NOT in our Private Skool platform which is our Support hub. If you are still not in, You don’t know what is going on? We won’t be able to transition you into Des Alpes. I notice some in Skool haven’t been active for many days, I check the people I invited - One was last Active 238d ago! - another 167d ago another 98d ago another 53d ago another 49d ago - another 31d ago - Most people visit DAILY! - I personally feel whilst I know them and know they are in need, the respect towards the opportunity and the 'Shining Stars' is not Demonstrated. In business, “Be Involved” & Show UP! We are already REMOVING people from our Matrix as many POC’s say they are NOT responding, NOT in Skool, - Don’t SHOW UP! So that tells us, they’re NOT “Serious” they are “Pretending”. HOW DO WE KNOW? Because we 👁👁 ALL their other opportunities on Facebook yet we don’t see any about the ‘Shining Stars’? Are they embarrassed about it? We have changed the way 6 figure incomes are earned! Not with Networking, but our 'Pay It Forward Community'! We have a Humanitarian project changing thousands of peoples lives in our first year - that's better than selling Products, or Saving money on Utilities? Etc - more REWARDING! - In my Opinion. So I will be REMOVING some of the people I invited in because I don’t think it’s fair or morally right that they expect our Community to build their income when they show NO interest. It’s not a Lottery Ticket! - Some are Step 2 - 3 - 4 + 5 We shouldn’t ignore their absence!! What happens when it's their turn to “Pay It Forward! for 10? It won’t happen, that will affect too many people. * * I’ve learned - It’s NOT my job to Fix what I didn’t Break! My Mentor 'Jim Rohn' said - Life respond to those who deserve it, not to those who need it - people who need it often PRETEND to be interested yet don’t SHOW UP! We WILL keep the door the (Open) if people want to come back at a later date, but they start afresh!! We Invest in PEOPLE! Each person we help in our “Pay It Forward” system helps 10 more each - That NEVER happens in other companies. Each member pledges to “Pay It Forward” for 10 each - those 10 will pay the way IN for 10 others less fortunate in life. That’s WHY the “Shining Stars” is the #1 opportunity! Having a “Wealth” system where 10 becomes 100, where 100 becomes 1000 - and a 1000 becomes 10,000 - When was the last time you had 100 active people in your business?
