COURSE DESCRIPTION Interested in learning how investing in innovation drives businesses forward? This Lunch & Learn will focus on how to leverage the Scientific Research and Experimental Development tax incentive program (SR & ED). This is the largest government program dedicated to supporting innovation in Canada. SR & ED awards more than 3 billion dollars every year and is non-competitive, meaning you aren’t competing for a finite pool of money. Many companies in Alberta recoup around 50% of their Research and Development spend. Topics to expect include; Overview of the SR & ED Program What projects are eligible? What refund do you qualify for? What costs can be claimed? For more insight on the topic check out the SR & ED 101 Video at: • SR&ED 101 If you have any additional questions or want to connect with Copoint visit www.copoint.ca or email [email protected] PRESENTER Elliot Cudmore / elliot-cudmore-7a930048 - Executive Vice President at Copoint https://www.copoint.ca/ Elliot Cudmore is the Executive VP at Copoint and is driven by Copoint’s clients’ willingness to take big risks to make big change.
