In this video, I've covered a Hospital, where, a 30 KW off-grid solar setup is installed recently. This is a 3-floor, multi-bedded hospital that has all the required heavy-load machines such as X-ray, Autoclave, ventilator, C-arm, etc. We had a word with the hospital owner who informed us that they were facing high power-cut issues and they couldn't afford it because it was a matter of someone's life. They have 2 diesel generators to fulfill their power requirement, however, they consume diesel, which is not good for the environment. Also, the cost to run the diesel generator is high because of the high diesel price. They used to spend Rs 50-60k every month on diesel for the generators. Since they've installed this 30KW off-grid solar, this spending has come down to nearly zero, saving rs 50-60k for them every month. This gives the ROI in just 3 years.
