When I was young, I came across a picture of a face so scary that it became a traumatic experience. Well, that memory resurfaced when I watched this one scene from a film called 'Longlegs'. Directed by Oz Perkins, 'Longlegs' has been quite a hot topic since its release mostly due to its excellent marketing as well as the divided finale. Let me be very clear in saying that while the final act unfortunately does bring down the film a couple notches, I still think the first two acts are very well done. And this doesn't even matter because honestly, I couldn't even pay attention to the film after that one scene. That scene is what I'm here to talk about, and if I may take an extra step, that picture is why I'm making this video. This one is very personal to me; I have never done anything like this, and I don't know if I ever will again. For once, it's more about me facing my fears and trying to tackle it in a healthy way than about the content itself. Keep that in mind, but I hope you will have fun with it regardless. /// Head over to http://mubi.com/spikimamovies if you wish to get a whole month of MUBI for free.
