With a flick of her tail she was gone! #acrylicpouring #fluidart #bloomswipe #abstract #swipe Hi guys, welcome to my art channel and thanks for being here ❤️ Pillow/Base: British Paints (brand name) house paint, low sheen with nothing added. Faux Pillow: Instead of buying a separate blue house pillow, I make up some Boomgel Stain with my usual pouring medium (Taubmans Doors & Trims, neutral in gloss finish) and Jo Sonja Gloss Varnish. I have never mixed boomgel with a pm before so not sure how it will react! Edit It dried perfectly! Colours: Art Alchemy Metallique Mermaid Teal Art Alchemy Opal Magic Teal/Pink I bought these paints in Australia from https://craftydivas.com.au/ I know they're available in other countries also. Golden Iridescent Bright Gold My pigments and tube paints are mixed with untinted (neutral) gloss house paint (water based) and Jo Sonja gloss varnish. In some countries you may need 'Deep Base' you're looking for one without any (or a very small amount) of titanium white, or it will make your colours pastel. Please see video #92 for how I mix my colours (both pigments and tubes). • (92) How I Mix My Paints For Bloomswi... Cell Activators: Atelier Rich Gold Atelier Tinting Pearl Titanium White mixed with a large blob of Atelier Titanium White These were both mixed only with Australian Floetrol, approx 2 - 2.5 parts to 1 part of paint. My style has changed and evolved dramatically since I took the Sheleeart E-Course and I can't recommend it enough! If you too would like to evolve your art and find your own style using knowledge gained from taking the course, head over to https://sheleeart.com.au/ and use my discount code of sheleeart15NDA to receive a 15% discount from the E-Course. Add the code in the box where it says 'coupon code' Once joined you will get access to the private Sheleeart Facebook group where Shelee hosts regular live video classes, your learning will be unending! The course has now been upgraded with more how-to videos to watch. Please subscribe to my channel (it's free), also hit the thumbs up button (if you like it) and share the video with your friends. Please try and watch the entire video, I try and always keep my videos under 20 minutes. I have a tip jar, it's definitely not expected, but if you'd like to tip any small amount would be greatly appreciated and will go towards buying more paint supplies. Thanks in advance it's: paypal.me/Nikidfluidart My lazy susan is glass and 20'' which was purchased from Coles supermarket, they can also be sourced from variety/dollar stores and on Amazon. The heavier the spinner, the easier it will spin, I'd also suggest you get the largest one you can so you can easily use it for larger substrates too. I have a 24'' (60cm) wood round placed on top of my lazy susan. My metal spatulas are artist palette knives, they can all be purchased from https://fluid-art.co/ For art sales contact me on: [email protected] Find me on Instagram: / nikid.art Find me on Facebook: / nikidfluidart Thank you so much for watching, please like, share and please subscribe, it's free.
