In this week video we show an example of a seaside villa in Tirrenia. This is the seaside district of Pisa that is more residential, with many villas spread in the area, all walking distance from the beach. Is the more touristic areas, where are present many beach resorts, with restaurants and all amenities to enjoy at best the time on seaside. This district has just over 3,000 inhabitants. The villa we propose is divided in 2 separate units, one on each side of the villa. On sale is one of these units, that is distributed on 2 floors plus garage-space at the bottom, for a total of 160 m2, with a garden on 3 sides of it.
