"Eiguliai" is a district located in the north of Kaunas city, on the left bank of the Neris River, south of the A1 motorway connecting Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. The high-rise residential area in Eiguliai was designed as a continuation of the Kalniečiai district, and construction began in 1979. The buildings were completed around 1985 and are dominated by multi-story residential buildings.
