We filmed this season at დეზერტირები, one of Tbilisi’s busiest and most unpredictable places. Rows of secondhand clothes, old things, and random objects fill the space. It’s messy, loud, alive. Nothing here is polished or staged. Everything has already lived once. Arnii is our first guest. He’s spent fifteen years in the European underground, including a long stretch as Music Director at Prague’s FUCHS2. Much of that time he’s built things from the ground up, without a fixed plan, staying close to the communities behind the music. Alongside DJing, he writes and speaks about how underground scenes work and who shapes them. ​For this session, he didn’t stick to genres or trends. Surrounded by discarded objects, the set felt less like a performance and more like a document of the space. It was about letting the sound sit inside the grime and history of the market.
