There is a new portable drum machine from Korg KR-11 Compact Rhythm Box. It's very lightweight (9.84oz 0.29kg) and baterries can last up to 18 hours. It has 126 factory presets and 14 User presets. Styles cover Country, Island, Rock, Blues, R&B, Jazz, Latin and EDM. Speaker is usable (new Acoustage Bass technology) since it's louder than acoustic guitars, pianos and practice amps. It has tap tempo, swing options and footswitch option which is not included. You can either edit the existing patterns or create new ones with the Pads that are velocity-sensitive. My only complaint is that it doesn't use wireless streaming to the other devices via Bluetooth. It is not a sponsored video, I purchased this item myself. Great tool for practicing and composing. Works well with modeling amps and synthesizers. There are many alternative portable and studio drum machines (Korg Volca Drum, Teenage Engineering PO-32, Elektron Analog Rytm, Behringer RD-8, Arturia DrumBrute Impact, etc.) but few have both portability and built-in speaker.
