The first 3D era game chronologically set in 1984 (release wise the last 3D GTA title). Victor Vance takes on vice city by storm as he is forced into the criminal underworld due to Jerry Martinez. An extremely underrated GTA entry especially due to not having a PC port. So you can only emulate the PS2 or PSP variants or play it on og hardware.
