In today's video, I will be testing out testing solar flare from ‪@AMACOBrent‬ cosmos series. Overall, this is a highly fluid glaze that produces metallic effects that range from a light gold, to copper, to a steely metallic depending on the underlying clay body color. This glaze does not seem to consistently produce the rainbow iridescent crystal effect, so I encourage you to do your own testing to dial in your results. I see a lot of potential for this glaze, but would strongly encourage that you take extra precautions to protect your kiln and kiln furniture from running while you are testing this glaze.
