I'm not including whenever he, for example, wears a jacket, or when puts on a cape. It's just a temporary thing that goes over his uniform. -I included a clip of each appearance of ever body/uniform if possible, not all of them where shown on screen. The first clip of each body/form is the first time they appear. -I know his hooded look isn't much different from his standard appearance with the helmet, he just changes the helmet out with the hood. However, seeing how he would wear his hood quite often, I included it here. -I included each stage of his degeneration. Each was temporary, but it was still a major change to him, and he remained at each stage for a while before degenerating to the next. -Some may point out that stages 1 & 2 oh his degeneration look the same, he just looses his helmet. Though they do seem quite similar, of you look closely, there are changes, such as his body being slimmer, and his skin, er, rather scales, having changed color in some areas. He also has some other feature changes, such as fewer fingers. -Again in relation to his degeneration stages, despite Falcon saying "... He's completely turned into a snake.", We can see that wasn't entirely correct, as in the DIC follow up series, Cobra Commander has degenerated a bit more since we last saw him. He's smaller, and now has two eyes, rather than the 8 or so he had. -It is possible that there where other stages of his degeneration off-screen, but this just includes the ones we do see. Also, he remained at each stage for a while, so perhaps we did see all of them.
