I set unrealistic standards for myself sometimes and I really wanted to start this series off strong, so I thought I'd give it another try! I have fully planned out the algorithm of this Choose Your Path story with a timeline and everything. There is a common route to this story and each video ends in a choice. After the common route, there are 6 character routes in this story and YOU are the main character (side note: Cinderella can be any gender in this story)! I wanted to set this up kind of like a dating sim taking place in your favorite fairytale worlds... Meet Jacque, the meaner of your two evil stepbrothers. Well, you're pretty dang sure they're evil, anyway. Also don't come for me if you think Jacque is flirting with you a little bit, alright? Straight people do that XXX stepfamily shit all the time and get away with it so I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT. Don't flirt with your real stepsiblings folks. That's gross. This is FICTION and I'm just dealing with the hand I was dealt from the traditional tale of Cinderella... If it freaks you out, which is very valid, just note that in this canon; Cinderella DID NOT grow up with their stepsiblings. Their father was married and passed away in their late teens/early adulthood. SO THERE.
