This video presents the details of the technical execution of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) arthrocentesis with a single needle used for both saline inflow and outflow. The technique was ideated by Luca Guarda Nardini and Daniele Manfredini in 2007 to replace the classical two-needle approach, which was more invasive and less suitable to position hyaluronic acid after the joint lavage.
