Here is another behind-the-scenes video of the popular patisserie “Criollo,” following our previous coverage. We visited on Christmas Eve—one of their busiest days! Usually, there are hundreds of people lining up on this date, making it an extremely hectic time. This year, because it fell on a weekday, the lines were reportedly a bit shorter than usual, but the store was still bustling. Cake production started around 2 a.m., split into early and late shifts, working at full capacity. As in our previous video, watching the cake-making process is truly captivating.
