[PAYDAY 2] Can Counterfeit be fully ECM rushed? || DSOD, no exploits

Is it possible to fully ECM rush Counterfeit? Clearly this is usually a loud heist, although there are several strategies to stealth for a little bit (2 to 5 minutes), or the clear alternative of going loud from the very beginning. However, what if you wanted to ECM rush the whole thing? As long as the first cop patrol is kept alive, the assault will not begin, but they still get in your way while you try to lay down the hose, often shooting you and ending the stealth. Furthermore, the heist is quite long (2 minutes for the code lock hacks, then 3 minutes for the drill, and finally 2 minutes for the hose...), so even if you can rush most of it, the DSOD assault will still cause the run to fail. Is there any reliable strategy for a full ECM rush? ➽ TIME STAMPS: 0:00 → Short intro: available stealth ranges. 0:35 → Theoretical ECM rush: time constraints. 1:00 → Theoretical ECM rush: cop interference. 2:30 → Theoretical ECM rush: lucky 25% chance, unreliable. 3:04 → New plan for a fully reliable, full ECM rush? 4:51 → The cops arrive. 5:49 → Entering the basement. 6:37 → Laying down the hose ahead of time. 8:39 → Drill about to finish: be ready for the hose. 9:18 → Water starts (90 seconds until shields). 9:55 → Running out of ECM time... 10:44 → Shields spawn. 11:40 → Assault? Or escape time? 12:02 → Money/XP breakdown. 12:10 → End screen! ➽ STEAM GROUP?
