Kelly, from Dubow Textiles along with Tony Palmer, Palmprint Consultants explain how the Computer-to-screen printing in addition with the MHM Automatic registration system has cut their set up time in half. By utlizing the MHM Pin registration system on the CTS along with the MHM Automatic they are able to set up multiple color jobs in less than 10 minutes. MHM and SPSI believe there currently is no faster system than an MHM with a CTS equipped with pin registration. This enables the operator to grab the screens from the screen room and have them on press in minutes, with minimal registration. Often the colors are "spot" on in registration. To experience this first hand we have set up a program called "The MHM Experience". We will put you on the press with an MHM expert that will walk you through the steps from screen room to set up on press.
