We had a pop up storm that dropped the temperature 20 degrees; so the work continued over the weekend. We want to place a 6 foot privacy fence ($100 permit fee was paid) to help create a wind block. The weed trees growing along the fence line and our old oak tree, that was killed by rampant ivy growth, had to be removed. We cleared the old fence line and did stump grinding in phase one. More stump grinding will have to be done on the east side of the fence line now that Sean and Todd cut down the rest of the mulberry weed trees that have grown 20 foot tall along the existing fence line. The two shrubs that were under the large picture window were terribly invasive and grew half way up the window obscuring our view out of this window; and they would rub onto the siding when the wind would blow. We were able to remove one shrub with the skid steer and the other 2 will need cutting out. Can you see the massive rocks in the yard. They're not tiny river rocks and bind weed is impossible to get rid of around these huge rocks. Thank you for joining us while we continue our journey on this 1970 home.
