At F1.2 there are very blurry edges and gets better when stopping down but for it to be completely gone you need to stop down to f11. Nikkor. It is extremely soft at f1.8. It can be used for dreamy or close up shots that don't show the face or any details. Chromatic aberration is extremely strong and is very noticeable in the bokeh even when stopping down.Sharpness gets much better at f1.8 and stop down to F4 for perfect sharpness. I think the problem with the softness is because it's such a long focal length. This adapterIs quite small so it can easily lose quality with longer focal lengths. I recommend 85mm to be your longest focal length while using this adapter. barely any Distortion is seen in the image and there are no blurry edges present like the 40mm. New thing I learned! The Nero actually also gives you halation! It’s more prominent with longer focal lengths especially when the longer lenses are vintage but it is there and it does look amazing! No halation adding necessary!
