Today on Booze On The Rocks, we make the Bee's Knees Cocktail. It is Credited to Frank Meier, an Austrian-born bartender who was working at the Hotel Ritz Paris in the 1920's. This variation of the Gin sour leans heavily on the honey to soften the hard edges of the Gin while allowing the lemon to shine though with hints of Juniper.
