This is a playthrough of SOVL, a fantasy strategy game, as the Goatmen Longhorn of the Goatmen Raiders. The Goatmen Raiders are a mixed faction capable of fielding a myriad of army compositions, from elite heavy monsters to mass quantities of low order chaff. This playthrough will solely feature the great beasts of the Goatmen, in all their viciousness. This first part quickly covers the base mechanics of the SOVL and let us see the strengths of an all animal army. What we lack in silly concepts like shooting and armour, we more than make up with moving very fast and hitting things really hard. The playthrough is a mixture of entertainment and tutorial as it will explain some of the concepts of the game as it progresses as well as the thought process behind decisions.
