This video showcases the complete flexibility of the CDP/Personalize product, and how you can identify a guest from multiple sources and then store additional guest data extensions to determine the level of that user. She then goes on to show an advanced Decision Model, that pulls the guest details as well as the account details for the current guest, which you can then use for additional marketing campaigns.
