Like, Comment, Share and Subscribe: @SaimaKitchen01 Veg Zingy Parcel Recipe🥐 Ingredients For Stuffing (Marination): • Oil – 2–3 tbsp • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp • Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp • Roasted cumin powder – ¼ tsp • Black pepper – ¼ tsp • Garam masala – ½ tsp • Salt – to taste • Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped) • Curd – 1 tbsp • Onion – 1 (chopped) • Capsicum – 1 small (chopped) • Tomato – 1 (chopped) • Boiled corn – ½ bowl (optional) • Paneer – 1 big bowl (cubed) For Garlic Butter: • Melted butter – 2 tbsp • Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped) • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp • Oregano – 1 tsp • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped) For Instant Pizza Sauce: • Tomato ketchup – 3 tsp • Veg mayonnaise – 1 tsp • Schezwan sauce – ½ tsp • Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped) • Chilli flakes – ½ tsp • Oregano – 1 tsp Procedure: 1. In a bowl, mix 2–3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, ¼ tsp roasted cumin, ¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp garam masala, salt, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, and 1 tbsp curd. 2. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 small chopped capsicum, 1 chopped tomato, ½ bowl boiled corn (optional), and 1 big bowl paneer. Mix and rest 10–15 minutes. 3. Heat a pan and sauté the marinated mixture on medium heat for 3–5 minutes until slightly soft and dry. Let it cool. 4. In a small bowl, make garlic butter: mix 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tbsp chopped coriander. 5. Make instant pizza sauce: mix 3 tsp ketchup, 1 tsp veg mayonnaise, ½ tsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ½ tsp chilli flakes, and 1 tsp oregano. 6. Take bread slices and (optional) trim the edges. Roll each slice thin with a rolling pin. 7. Brush the rolled bread with garlic butter. 8. Spread a diagonal stripe of pizza sauce across the bread. 9. Place 1–2 tbsp of the cooked stuffing over the sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top. 10. Fold the bread from both sides to form a tight parcel/triangle and secure with a toothpick. 11. Preheat: Heat your oven/pan for about 15 minutes. 12. Bake/Cook: • Oven: Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp. • Pan (no oven): Place parcels on a preheated heavy pan/tawa on low heat, cover, and cook 12–15 minutes, turning once, until crisp and cheese melts. 13.
