Yoon Sim-duk was an outgoing personality and was known to have a tall, long-necked western style. She took part in a tour organized by overseas students Then they fall in love with each other. However, the Korean society did not accept free love easily at the time.especially Kim Woo-jin was a married man with a wife and children. After studying in Tokyo in 1924, Yoon Sim-duk returned to Korea and was the first soprano in Korea. However, She has experienced economic difficulties and broke up with marriage. After fleeing from the scandal of becoming a concubine to a rich woman, Kim suggested that she joined Towol dramatic society and started working as an actress. She was also well received by recording the first Korean pop song. In 1926.8 She recorded the song 'Hymn Of Death’ in Osaka. After record, Kim Woo-jin and Yoon Shim-duk went on a ferry ride from Shimonoseki to Busan and They were known to have jumped to their death together while passing Tsushima Island(Hyeonhaetan) at 4 a.m. on July 4. At that time, the Dong-A Ilbo reported their suicide on August 5, 1926, in the section of society. Kim Woo-jin and Yoon Shim-deok jumped onto a ferry from Shimonoseki to Busan on August 3 "At around 11 p.m. on the last day, a woman dressed in a lamb suit and a middle-aged gentleman threw themselves into the sea on the deck, but stopped and searched for their whereabouts.... but could not be found their whereabouts“ But there have been stories of their deaths still being questioned.
