There is a little-known tool called the yseq clade finder. If you are male and have taken a DNA test on Ancestry.com or MyHeritage.com this tool will read the SNPs of yDNA on your 23rd chromosome and will provide you with an accurate yDNA haplogroup for your patrilineal ancestor. Women who manage the DNA test(s) for their male relatives can use this tool as well! Find out if your patrilineal ancestor was African, European, Indigenous American, or other in 5 minutes using this free tool!
