Judge Declines To Acquit Donna Adelson In Murder-For-Hire Case

Leon County Circuit Court Judge Stephen Everett quickly rejected a motion for acquittal brought by Donna Adelson’s lawyers in her murder-for-hire trial in Tallahassee, Florida, today (Tuesday, Sept. 2, day 7). Adelson’s lawyer Joshua Zelman argued not enough evidence exists for a jury to even consider the murder, conspiracy and solicitation charges against Adelson.
