When labiaplasty goes horribly wrong. Thanks to Dr. John T. Stranix I'm now at the point where all the skin that was altered had completely atrophied, and I can feel all of the nerves dying. There is a huge amount of pain, and it has also triggered pains from my original vaginoplasty. The best description for the pain would be imagining that the top of your penis was sliced off and cauterized, or if your labia minora were cut off at the root. Pain medications are not working.
