In this talk, Dr. Christopher Coleman communicates the importance of breaking away from the invisible stronghold culture has on those who doesn’t adhere or embrace social norms. He explains that one’s social identity isn’t justification for a life of imprisonment, and he hopes his talk will serve as a game changer for human rights, social justice, and the DE&I agenda, as well as every individual who hears him. Doctors diagnosed Christopher with cerebral palsy and told his family that this condition would prevent Christopher from ever moving, talking, or even thinking for himself. Since then, Christopher has gone on to become an author, certified life coach, professional speaker, and CEO. Christopher desires to use his disability to steer others towards living AN UNCONFINED LIFE. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
