In this video, we cook Gajar ka Halwa using fresh carrots that cost only ₹25–30 per kg in Delhi. First, we clean and slice the carrots as shown in the video, then prepare Gajar ka Halwa like never before. This special recipe is cooked by my mother, who is an expert in making many traditional dishes. The halwa is made with milk and dry fruits, and finally garnished with khoya, which makes the taste even more delicious. After many years, we also eat boiled green peas (matar)—just like we used to eat in our childhood with my father. That nostalgic taste brought back so many memories.
