I’m back with more festive drink recipes! These would be perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or any fall dinner party! All ingredients and directions are below☺️🎃 Maple brown sugar latte w/ pumpkin cream cold foam☕️: 2 shots espresso 1 C maple oat milk 2 oz heavy cream 1 TB pumpkin butter (or pumpkin purée with a shake of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon) Splash of maple syrup Directions: Brew espresso and add steamed milk. In a glass, add heavy cream, pumpkin butter, and maple syrup. Froth until it has thickened a bit. Pour over top of coffee and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roasted apple pear mocktail🍐: 1 red anjou pear 1 honeycrisp apple 2 TB maple syrup 1/2 TB olive oil 1/2 tsp cinnamon Dash of nutmeg Dash of allspice 1/2 TB lemon juice 1 C water Crushed ice Ginger ale Directions: Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Halve the pear and cut apple into thin slices. In a small bowl, mix together syrup, oil and spices. Place fruit in a bowl and drizzle the spice mixture over top, tossing to coat everything. Spread apple slices and pears out onto the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the fruit is soft. Add to a shaker bottle along with lemon juice and muddle together. Add 1 C water and 1 TB maple syrup and shake. Fill a glass with ice, pour over 1/3 of the pear juice, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and pear slice. Pumpkin white hot chocolate🎃: 3 C milk 1 C heavy cream 1/2 can of eagle brand (7oz) 1/2 C pumpkin purée 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 oz white chocolate chips 1/2 C heavy cream 3 TB maple syrup Dash of cinnamon Directions: In a pot, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eagle brand, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. Add white chocolate. Cook on the stovetop until hot and white chocolate is completely melted. For the cinnamon whipped cream, add heavy cream, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip and swirl on top. Top with festive sprinkles or cinnamon. Apple cider slushee Moscow mule🍎: 1 C apple cider ice cubes 1 C apple cider Cinnamon Nutmeg Crushed ice Ginger ale Directions: In an ice cube tray, freeze 1 C worth of apple cider (or more if you want to make multiple drinks.) Add the cubes to a blender, as well as 1 C apple cider and a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into a glass, top with crushed ice and ginger ale. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.
