This week, I’m down in Florida at American Top Team Coconut Creek, taking you behind the scenes of my training camp. In the morning, you’ll get a raw, unfiltered look at one of my sparring sessions and a Jiu Jitsu workout with Izaak Michell. Later, we head back to the gym for some intense boxing work. I wanted to give you guys a real glimpse of how tough these workouts can be and what goes through my mind during this crucial time in camp. I also take you through one of my recovery sessions, featuring a hyperbaric chamber and red light therapy to help my body bounce back from the grind. To end the day, we hit the beach with Izaak and Ronan for some much-needed rest and reset, gearing up for the rest of the week's training.
