I originally tried running this with out Black Heart and I timed out with 3% health left on multiple runs. I was running out of VIP buff coupons so I ended up redeeming BH and clearing it on this run which would have been my 6th real attempt. The main tech I realized is to turn off Firing Orders action customization to disallow Parrotargeting from placing FO. Because i place my ships in middle layer, they cannot see the FO if it is placed below them. In my earlier runs Parotargetting would keep placing the FO on top of Kalos and that breaks the link between the ships and FO. After some testing you can also just place ships in the bottom layer - and they will still beable to see FO on the top / middle / bottom platforms. Also I plugged my skills into another hexa calculator and my fragments invested into skills is actually supposed to be around 2.3~2.4k.
