With several generations of owners, the Marion Bantam Chef is now under new management with a younger generation of entrepreneurs, Three to be exact, as they took over ownership November 1, 2025 with All Three being Employee's of Bantam Chef. We interview Gabby Freeman and Jeremy Briggs to see what the short and long term goals that is instore for the New Bantam Chef. *At the time of this recording, Dylan Watring couldn't make it for the interview due to a medical emergency, he was able to return and feeling better, our thoughts and prayers are up for him.
