Adult Braces Month 21 | The Box Is Back! | Almost Done With Treatment? | Ortho Appointment

The box has returned! 😬 Month 21 of adult braces and I’m in the home stretch. When I started this journey, I didn’t realize how much of an impact it would have on my life. It wasn’t about just achieving straight teeth but actually enjoying my smile and how much of a confidence boost it has been and I’m not even done with braces yet! Yep, the box in the front is back with a vengeance. Not really but man my poor mouth is sore! I was told at my last adjustment that I have only 2 appointments left! My next appointment will determine whether or not I get them off in 2 appointments or 3 so cross fingers! My main concern is my front teeth. The top don’t meet like I want them too and my bottom teeth are still finding their place; the tooth with the receding gums in particular. I’m hoping the box in the front will address those issues and be settled by the time my next appointment rolls around. I decided on a red “white” and blue theme for my power chains to celebrate summer. I suspect if the proposed 2 more appointments is true then I should be getting my braces off sometime in October! 🙌🏻 Place your bets in the comments.
