BG Wealth Sharing Scam Or Legit? Yitzhak Morrison Promotes Fake Trading Signal Ponzi Scheme

I’ve been watching this unfold in real time, and what I’m seeing isn’t just another crypto opportunity being shared online — it’s a familiar pattern repeating itself with a new face. Yitzhak Morrison, a fitness coach with a loyal audience, has been steadily documenting his “experience” with BG Wealth Sharing. On the surface, it looks like curiosity. But when you follow the timeline, something else becomes clear. This isn’t just someone sharing an experience — this is someone walking people into a system that multiple financial regulators have already warned is a Ponzi-style investment scam. THE SCAM BEGINS BG Wealth Sharing presents itself as a crypto trading system using “signals” to generate daily profits. The pitch is simple: deposit funds, copy and paste trading codes, and watch your balance grow. Morrison repeats this process across multiple videos, showing how easy and consistent it appears. No experience needed. No understanding of markets required. Just trust the system. But this is where the illusion begins. Real trading produces verifiable records, broker data, and transparent execution. What’s being shown here is a closed system — numbers on a screen controlled by the same operation asking for deposits. It looks like trading, but there is no independent proof that any real trading is taking place. THE ILLUSION OF PROFIT The hook is always the same — withdrawals. Morrison repeatedly points to people withdrawing money as proof the system works. But that’s exactly how Ponzi schemes build belief. Small amounts are paid out early to create confidence, while larger deposits follow. Regulators including New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority and the National Reserve Bank of Tonga have already warned that BG Wealth Sharing operates as a Ponzi-style scam, using recruitment and unrealistic returns to sustain itself. The system doesn’t need to fail immediately. It needs to appear to work — just long enough. THE “PROFESSOR” PROBLEM At the centre of this operation is “Professor Stephen Beard,” presented as the founder and expert behind the signals. And yet, there is no verifiable professional history that supports these claims. No credible digital footprint. No independent confirmation of who this person actually is. That’s not a small detail — it’s a major red flag. When the supposed leader of a global investment platform cannot be independently verified, what you’re looking at isn’t transparency. It’s a constructed persona designed to build trust. THE CONTROL SYSTEM Much of the operation appears to run through private messaging apps like BonChat, where users receive signals, instructions, and updates. These closed environments limit scrutiny, control communication, and isolate participants from outside criticism. That’s not security — that’s containment. Legitimate investment platforms don’t need to move users into controlled chat groups to function. They operate openly, with accountability and oversight. This system does the opposite. MORRISON’S ROLE Morrison didn’t start as a promoter — he started as a sceptic. He questioned it, mirrored doubts, and built trust with his audience. Then the tone shifted. The scepticism became reassurance. The content evolved into walkthroughs, onboarding, and guidance. He began showing people how to join, what to download, and how to participate. That’s not sharing. That’s recruitment. Whether intentional or not, the outcome is the same — people are being led into a regulator-flagged scheme through trust built on his platform. THE RIGHT OF REPLY Before publishing, I gave Morrison the opportunity to respond. He was asked to explain where the profits come from, provide proof of real trading, verify Stephen Beard’s identity, and address the regulator warnings. There was no reply. And that silence matters. Because the questions were put clearly — and left unanswered. THE REAL DAMAGE The real damage doesn’t happen at the first deposit. It happens later. After belief is built. People invest more. They bring in family and friends. Communities become involved. That’s how these systems grow — through trust, not transparency. And when they collapse, they don’t just take money. They damage relationships. WHAT THIS IS REALLY ABOUT This isn’t just about one promoter. It’s about how modern scams operate. BG Wealth Sharing isn’t selling trading. It’s selling belief. And once that belief is established, everything else follows — until it doesn’t. READ THE FULL INVESTIGATION: https://www.dehek.com/general/scam-fr...
