Cut all vegetables in small size. Deep Fry chicken chunks until turn golden and crispy take out on paper towel to absorb extra oil. Now in a big salad bowl combine all vegetables spread fried chicken and roasted peanuts. Now drizzle prepared salad dressing all over it and serve. Carrot and Walnut Cake : Ingredients Grated carrots 1 cup Chopped walnuts ½ cup Flour 1 cup Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda ½ tsp Salt 1 pinch Sugar 1 cup Eggs 2 Vegetable oil ½ cup Cinnamon powder ½ tsp Method Sift the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt together, set aside. Combine the eggs and sugar, whisk until the mixture triple the volume. Add the oil into the eggs mixture, fold in with a spatula. Add the sifted dry ingredients and fold in with a spatula, Stir in the chopped walnuts and carrots. Transfer the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 35 minutes at170 C Fudge Cake : Ingredients: Fudge cake mix 1 packet Eggs 3 Oil 1/2 cup Water 1-1/4 cup Method Beat cake mix, water, oil & eggs in large bowl on low speed for 30 sec. Increase speed to medium for further 2 minute. Pour batter in pan. Pre-heat oven to 180C. Grease bottom only at 13x9 pan. Bake for 30-40 minute, remove and cool for 10 minute before removing from pan. cool completely
