However, few know the story of his first ever major rivalry which came in the 1983 British Formula 3 Championship with Martin Brundle. This is a rivalry that went down to the very last race of the season and a story about how, against all odds, Brundle took the fight to Senna in a way that nobody could’ve predicted.
