A person who is being targeted by organised "Gang Stalking" activities which include spying, invasion or privacy, stalking and harassment. Whats more a targeted individual is subjected by criminal attacks made possible by modern technology such as assault by energy based weapons (directed energy weapons) which include lasers, microwave, sonar, audio.
